Jolene Knichols is a reader, writer, and lover of all things narrative.
She lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her musician husband, her tornado-like son, and Muppet-esque dog.
Her lifelong love of reading started when she first devoured A Wrinkle in Time and — in many ways — it has become the gold standard for books ever since: a fantastic adventure, characters that jump off the page (including a rather prickly female protagonist), and a story that is full of heart.
Jolene holds an MFA from Murray State University, and has had the privilege of working within the publishing industry for over a decade. Her past works can be found in publications such as Paachas, Appalachian Heritage, and Collage
